Impact-Driven Logistics is Built One Shipment at a Time

Every product travels through a supply chain, and at the far end of that journey is someone depending on it. Vector has kept that person in view since its founding in 2013, when its teams began partnering with charities, volunteering, and moving non-profit cargo. That early commitment still shapes how we hire, give, and choose the partners we work with.

In 2025, the same conviction showed up in aid moving to Ukraine, in neighbors supported at home, and in people who gave their time and resources to causes close to them. That work came from across the company, from the people who plan each route to the team members who volunteer when a community needs help.

Logistics is a team effort by nature. No shipment gets anywhere without people working together, and every delivery is a chain of people choosing to show up, which is what makes impact possible.

Our Second Year as a Certified B Corp

We are proud to be part of the B Corp community, a network of businesses committed to transforming the global economy to benefit all people, communities, and the planet. This certification has made us a better company because it challenges us to deepen our roots in our commitments to our team, our stakeholders, and the world we all share.

By continuing to examine Vector through the shared standards for how people are treated, how communities benefit, how the environment is protected, and how decisions are governed, we can further our mission to change the world through supply chain.

In 2025, we were assessed under B Lab’s previous standards. We have submitted for recertification under the new standards and are preparing for our audit. Our results will be shared in future reporting.

Collaboration: The Supply Chain in Action

Impact begins when someone sees a need and decides to answer it. Across 33 initiatives in 2025, that decision happened again and again, and giving grew 25.6 percent over 2024 as team members directed their time and gifts to the causes they care about most.

A few high points:

  • Ukraine: Vector opened an office in Lviv in April 2025 after making the decision to not only become part of the war-time response, but part of the rebuilding efforts. By the end of the year, we had worked with our partners to help deliver more than 1.9 million pounds of humanitarian aid since the response began.
  • Jamaica and Valencia: After Hurricane Melissa and the flooding in Spain, our Leveraging Logistics initiatives brought non-profits, donors, and logistics partners into the same conversation. By working together, we were able to do more than any of us could on our own.
  • Making spaces safer and more beautiful: Volunteers picked up litter from Cerro del Muerto in Aguascalientes, cleaned cages at an animal shelter, and painted and repaired a children’s center for burn victims in Santiago.
  • Caring for children and families: Teams packed food for the Atlanta Community Food Bank, donated to a local school in Iquique, purchased a tent for a girls’ shelter, and helped create a new computer lab for Ciudad de los Niños.

We should leave a positive mark, and sometimes small changes made by many people can make a difference.
