Logistics are another vehicle for changing the world.

– Enrique Alvarez

Almost everything you touch on a daily basis came from somewhere else. From the soap in your bathroom to the food in your refrigerator to the device in your pocket, in one way or another, most products are manufactured, packaged, shipped, and stored in another location. For that reason, we believe that working within the supply chain is a very simple and practical way to affect change.

We leverage logistics to make a positive impact on the global community. Supported by our company, as well as like-minded partners, clients, and other generous individuals, together we are building a better future than our present.

Changing the World Together

Nicole Guest
Vector Global Giving

Changing the World for me means helping others such as: feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, lifting up the hopeless, clothing the naked, healing the sick and supporting any person/family that is struggling at the moment. The World needs more people who are kind, caring, generous, loving, selfless, expecting nothing in return and willing to make a positive impact on everyone and anyone.

July 2022Vector Day 2022

To celebrate the founding of Vector and our values, we created our own annual holiday where offices volunteer time in their local communities. Each office chooses and organizes their own projects, and it’s always impressive to see what they come up with.

Our Atlanta, Aguascalientes, Monterrey, Santiago, and Iquique offices all participated this year and had a great time!

Our Monterrey, Aguascalientes, and Atlanta offices headed into the great outdoors to celebrate Earth Month! The Monterrey team cleaned up their local river, the Aguascalientes team helped preserve trees, and the Atlanta team weeded a section of the city’s largest park. While we love being together in our offices, this was a can’t miss opportunity to spend some time in nature and care for our planet.

Name: An organization that Shelters kids
Sell-Cell F chose to partner with an organization that shelters kids coming from difficult backgrounds. They picked the kids up and spent the day with them, giving them some much-needed time away from their normal routine. The first stop was an arcade where they played games, ate burgers, and went bowling. They then went to a cinema to watch a movie that the kids absolutely loved. Finally, the team gifted them with a cake! Some of the children had never been to a mall or movie, and they were so happy and Thankful.

The team was delighted to not only give them a great day, but to let them know that others cared. It was definitely a wonderful day that both the kids and the team will always remember. (For the children’s safety and privacy, their photos could not be shared.)

Name: Party Container to Ghana

A few companies got together and donated some goodies for kids in Ghana. On the morning that the container arrived for loading all of the ATL team met at the warehouse to volunteer for a few hours and help pack and sort the books. We then witnessed the container being loaded and it being driven away on route to Savannah.

– VGL supported one of our own in Matilda as well as brightening the day of so many children in Ghana who were ecstatic to receive a book of their very own, sometimes for the first time ever!!

– We supported one of our best customers, Books for Africa, by transporting their books for free because they loaded 11 pallets of books for their own customers in Ghana, alongside the pallets that they donated for the party.

– It was a great bonding experience for the ATL team and reinforced what we are all about as a company.

The container arrived at the final destination, the party venue, on the morning of the party, exactly as scheduled!

To achieve this feat when shipping to Africa is proof positive that these children were being truly blessed for Christmas!
