You and your group will never be a letdown. My motivations are very simple, and they are centered around everything out outlined. I deal with enough people who do not have invested interest in the customer, or us, for that matter. Everyone wants to shout “partnership” but very few want to live out that meaning. When I find someone (or a company) that are genuine in their efforts I stick with them. So many people don’t understand the value of doing the right thing because they don’t see the inverse ramifications when they don’t. Vector Global has been a tremendous asset to our team for logistics. They have gone above and beyond assisting us with our renovation projects. One key project was located in St Kitts. They put so much time and effort into educating us on this island after we quickly learned that it was not like the others, we were accustomed to working on. Simple tasks like equipment rental were not easy to coordinate and Vector provided options/contacts for these aspects of the project which were a great help. Our team also made a huge mistake with a delivery in Hawaii by signing for freight that was not delivered complete. Vector was extremely diligent in researching and repeatedly contacting every waypoint of the freight transit, which resulted in locating the missing freight! This was an incredible relief to our team as we were prepared to absorb costs of both the lost material and replacement material. I cannot speak highly enough of Vector Global Logistics and their services – they are awesome!
