Anonymous Anti-Corruption Reporting

Vector strives to be a place where everyone is valued, treated fairly, and acts respectfully. We will also act in accordance with the laws of the countries we live and operate in, and build a culture that positively impacts our local and global communities.

As per our policies and guidelines, we do not tolerate:

  • Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Offensive or inappropriate conduct
  • Breaches of the company’s confidential or proprietary information
  • Intimidation or abuse of any kind
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

And if you need to confidentially and anonymously report an incident of behavior that is outside of our company guidelines and policies, you may do so by filling in the comment box below. Only Vector partners and the Head of Human Capital will receive your submission in order to take appropriate action.

 

Confidentiality

Employees who file a complaint of any kind reserve the right to do so privately and on a confidential basis. Reports of violations are to be kept confidential to the greatest extent possible, especially until after a formal investigation by the owners is completed. From there, the report will be dealt with on a need-to-know basis, involving those needed to best handle the situation.

No Retaliation Policy

Employees who report ethical or legal violations in good faith are protected from retaliation from any other employee of Vector Global Logistics regardless of status. Any employee found to retaliate against another will be subject to disciplinary action, as decided by the Managing Directors.
