Vector Global Logistics
Public Grievance Procedure

Our Commitment

Vector Global Logistics is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and with respect for people, communities, and the environment. We encourage anyone who believes our company, our employees, or our business relationships may have caused or contributed to a material adverse impact to raise their concerns.

This procedure provides a transparent process for reporting concerns so they can be reviewed, investigated, and addressed appropriately.

Who May Submit a Grievance?

Anyone may submit a grievance, including customers; suppliers and vendors; carriers and logistics partners; port workers and subcontractors; community members; NGOs or civil society organizations; government agencies; current or former employees; and any other stakeholder affected by our operations.

Types of Concerns We Review

Vector will review concerns relating to material impacts associated with our operations or business relationships, including:

  • Human rights concerns
  • Forced labor, child labor, or modern slavery
  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Ethical business conduct or corruption
  • Environmental impacts
  • Data privacy or misuse of confidential information
  • Violations of applicable laws or regulations

  • Other concerns related to our public commitments and company policies

Routine operational matters such as shipment delays, billing questions, scheduling issues, or normal customer service requests should continue to be directed through the appropriate customer service channels unless they involve one of the issues listed above.
