Enrique believes we all have a personal responsibility to change the world. He is hard working, relationship minded and pro-active. During his time at BCG, he worked in different industries such as: Telecommunications, Energy, Industrial Goods, Building Materials and Private banking. His main focus was always on the operations, sales and supply chain processes, with case focus on, logistics, growth strategy and cost reduction. Prior to joining BCG, Enrique worked for Grupo Vitro, a Mexican glass manufacturer, for five years holding different positions from sales and logistics manager to supply chain project leader in charge of five warehouses in Colombia.
He has a MBA from The Wharton School of Business and a BS, in Mechanical Engineer from the Technologico de Monterrey in Mexico. Enrique's passions are soccer and the ocean and also enjoys traveling, getting to know new people and spending time with his wife and two kids Emma and Enrique.
Brian has been in the logistics industry for over five years where he partners with his clients to develop efficient and cost effective solutions that are tailored to best fits their needs. Prior to that, he was in the consulting industry for seven years. During his four year career at BCG, he has worked with C-level executives to create over $500M (USD) in realized value for his clients which include Fortune 100 companies and international corporations. Prior to joining BCG, he was a senior consultant with Accenture concentrating on strategic and operational issues across various industries. He also worked for Restoragen, a biotech start-up, as a research associate focusing on drug discovery and patent protection.
Brian earned his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management where he was the J. Ira Harris Scholar and Dean's Scholar with majors in finance, management and strategy, marketing, decision sciences, analytical consulting, and entrepreneurship and innovation. He holds a BS in biological sciences from The University of Nebraska, where he received Superior Scholar and Phi Beta Kappa distinction.
Brian enjoys traveling, cooking, golfing, snow skiing and spending time with his wife and daughter Eloise.
Barbara was born and raised in upstate Albany, New York. Barbara attended SUNY Oneonta and pursued a degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. It was during college that she realized her passion for travel and decided to study abroad for a summer in Spain and a semester in Chile and Peru. After graduating she moved to Brussels, Belgium for graduate school and received an MA in International Relations. Focusing her research on human rights and culture, she realized that a personal goal of hers is to help others. Barbara moved to Atlanta in 2011 and is very active in the community, volunteering with both Big Brothers Big Sisters and Habitat for Humanity. Barbara enjoys playing guitar, crafting, and hiking with her fiancée and her dog Walter.
Flavia is originally from Brazil and has been living in Atlanta, GA for over 10 years. She has studied International Business and Spanish at Kennesaw State University. Flavia speaks three languages and has a passion for learning different languages and cultures. Her life goal is help who is in need and always have positive attitude towards life.
Francisco is originally from Monterrey, Mexico and has been living in the USA for over 5 years currently residing in California. He studied Finance at the Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM) and has 10+ years experience in Treasury, Logistics and Administration. He will soon apply to Business School and pursue an MBA as his next personal challenge. He is very passionate about his work and is always trying to improve everything he does. He enjoys travelling the world and learning about other cultures.
Juan Carlos is originally from Bogota, Colombia and is currently residing in Monterrey, Mexico. Previously living in the USA for over 10 years, he studied International Business at Georgia State University and has 5+ years’ experience in international trade and logistics. Juan Carlos is very passionate about traveling and getting to know the local cultures of the places he visits. His next personal challenge is to move to a new country in South America. Juan Carlos biggest passion are horses. He dreams of having his own ranch with horses and cattle.
Cecilia was born in Mexico City and it was there that she studied accounting. Soon after studying, she discovered that she enjoyed administration, and then worked for more than 15 years as a school administrator. In 2015 she and her family decided to move to the State of Aguascalientes. Cecilia is a very committed and reliable person, she considers the latter as her greatest virtue, because trust is priceless and has no value.
For Cecilia, Vector symbolizes an opportunity to know and learn from the logistics world, and she is truly grateful for life and people who helped her get here. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the cinema but her biggest passion is being with her three children.
